All our trading cards are collector editions and so we can only issue a refund once you return the item by post to our head office, upon inspection if we are happy that it is an original SCOODLECHIP card we will refund your money
all cards are shipped out the same day you purchase your order if you purchase before 5 pm
your card will be with you between 2 to free days of you placing and completing your order
